Throughout my career, I have honed my skills as a full-stack marketer, with a deep-rooted expertise in growth marketing and demand generation. My approach centers on driving scaled revenue optimisation through self-serve channels and product-led growth strategies. This expertise is complemented by my ability to align demand generation programs with sales go-to-market strategies across various channels, including direct sales, partnerships, distribution, and inside sales. Additionally, I have led two startup accelerators and served as a product owner for multiple product teams.

My Story
I currently lead Google's SMB and Startup Marketing across the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. Before this role, I led growth marketing and demand generation at notable companies like Adobe, SAP, LinkedIn, and IBM. My responsibilities in these positions encompassed executing product-led growth and self-serve acquisition strategies, bolstered by integrated digital marketing, partner-led distribution, and inside sales to drive revenue and customer growth. I also managed marketing automation and analytics across most of these functions. As the business landscape evolved, targeting startups and integrating them early into the tech stack also emerged as a crucial growth strategy across most of these companies whereby startup marketing became more and more important.

With over a decade of experience, I am adept at establishing scaled demand centers, implementing inside sales systems, and creating product-led growth loops that incorporate extensive digital media and partnership-led distribution. I thrive on developing and executing these programs to scale revenue, working collaboratively across data, automation, sales, marketing, and product domains. These roles have offered me an incredible opportunity to build solutions and impact revenue through the work I did which was measurable. I have significantly enjoyed this. Over the last five years I have also immensely enjoyed building startups ecosystems across accelerators, VC's, and developers.
